If you need an official certificate of conference attendance for the visa application, please remember that the administration steps take up to several months. Moreover, in order to send you the certificate, you need to make the full payment of the registration fee and the accommodation (in the case of a bank transfer, please foresee 2 weeks for the arrival of the money). Please note that Polish Immigration might demand other documents, e.g., authentication of your institute, Curriculum Vitae, and documentation of publications.
